Not Just Compost – It's a Fertiliser: While compost and fertiliser both enhance soil, they serve different purposes. Compost primarily improves soil structure, increases its water retention capability, and adds organic matter. Fertilisers, like Krónumolta, provide a concentrated source of essential nutrients that plants need for growth, such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. Krónumolta acts as a powerful fertiliser by supplying these nutrients directly to the soil, promoting immediate and sustained plant health.
Our product is recognised as an end-of-waste product by The Environment Agency of Iceland. See the document .

Usage Instructions:

  • Mix 1-2 bags of the fertiliser with soil. Up to 4 bags can be used per square meter for best results.
  • If applied outdoors, blend the fertiliser with soil to a depth of about 20 cm.
  • Always mix fertiliser with soil. Do not use the compost alone or spread it over the soil without mixing.

Important Note: Krónumolta is a living material and may form mold on the surface when watered, which is normal and harmless.
